As of today, the debt payable by Oboronenergosbyt, JSC to Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), amounts almost to 82 million rubles. The retailer still does not fulfill its contractual liabilities for power and capacity transmission leading to growth of indebtedness: thus, from May until July the debt amount increased by 10 million rubles.

Orenburgenergo branch carries out active claim administration — currently it is actually the only way to recover debt from the unconscientious contracting party. However, funds recovery pursuant to court orders of enforcement takes much time.

Thus, at the height of preparation to autumn and winter period Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, is forced to conduct a repair campaign underfunded. This situation can lead to decrease of power supply reliability throughout the Orenburg region.
