On July 16, 2019, Rosneft Oil Company has completed the 2018 dividend payment process announced at the Annual General Shareholder Meeting of Rosneft Oil Company on June 4, 2019.

The dividends in the amount of 120.049 billion roubles were paid to all shareholders apart from those holding less than 0.03 % of the Company’s shares in total and having failed to update their personal data in the shareholder register of Rosneft Oil Company.

At the same time, the shareholders whose papers are accounted for in the shareholder register received their dividend payments significantly ahead of schedule approved by the Annual General Shareholder Meeting of Rosneft Oil Company for 2018.

At the AGM on June 4, 2019, shareholders of Rosneft Oil Company decided to pay 120.1 billion roubles (11.33 roubles per outstanding share) in 2018 dividends, which, given the H1 2018 dividend payments, amounts to 50 % of the Company’s IFRS net income associated with shareholders of Rosneft Oil Company.

The total 2018 dividend rate per share amounted to 25.91 roubles, given the H1 2018 dividend payments.
