Indebtedness of Saratovenergo, PJSC towards IDGC of Volga, PJSC for power transmission began to grow again. Considering a mandatory advance payment, the debt amount exceeds 325 million rubles.
The Provider of Last Resort (POLR) in the Saratov region constantly fails to pay even for the current invoices that, in its turn, only leads to the increase of indebtedness. Instead of paying or, at best, providing offers for situation settlement, Saratovenergo again prefers to use all the opportunities it has to avoid finding a constructive solution.
Within a large-scale repair campaign for preparation to autumn and winter period IDGC of Volga, PJSC has to work underfunded due to failure to pay by the contracting parties. The debt of the retailers can, in the end, impact the failure-free supply of power both to individuals and companies throughout the Saratov region. The POLR which is specially liable towards the consumers of the Saratov region by its omission and ignoring the basic payment discipline actually frustrates the preparation of the regional power system to winter.
