During its meeting in absentia on July 23, 2014, the ROSSETI Board of Directors elected Sergei Shmatko to be the Chairman of the Board.

Deputy General Director of ROSSETI for Corporate Management Yuri Goncharov was elected the Board Secretary.

Board members were advised to forward their candidate nominations for the following committees to the Chairman of the Board within two weeks:

- Strategy Committee under the Board of Directors

- Human Resources and Compensation Committee under the Board of Directors

- Audit Committee under the Board of Directors

- Committee for Investment, Technical Policy, Reliability, Energy Efficiency and Innovation under the Board of Directors

- Evaluation Committee under the Board of Directors

- Committee for Interacting with the Public, Consumers, the Authorities and Informational Policy under the Board of Directors

Board members will vote on the candidates for these committees during the next Board of Directors meeting.
