The Grid Control Center (GCC) of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) has undergone a check to verify the preparedness for increasing the number of operational functions at the 3d stage. Such increasing includes the transfer of control over ten (10) high-voltage transmission lines of 110 kV from the dispatch control of Ulyanovsk RDM (Regional Dispatch Management), a branch of SO UES, JSC to the operational control of GCC of Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC. The check was performed by the commission with the participation of the representatives of the branch of SO UES, JSC: ODM (Unified Dispatch Management) of the Middle Volga, Ulyanovsk RDM and Samara RDM, IDGC of Volga, JSC. High-voltage transmission lines handed over under the operational control of the Grids Control Center are located in Veshkaymsky, Maynsky, Karsunsky and Ulyanovsk districts. For the two first stages in 2011/12 increasing of the number of operational functions of management of electric grid facilities in compliance with the List was equal to 19 high-voltage lines of 110 kV. Increasing of the number of operational functions at this stage is not final as targeted re-allocation of operational control functions will be continued.
