LSR Group started construction and pre-sales in a low-rise residential neighbourhood Nakhabino Yasnoye with a total net sellable area of around 140 th sq m. The new comfort class project is situated on the land plot of 29 ha in the Istrinsky district of the Moscow region, 17 km from Moscow.

There will be 41 four-storey buildings in the neighbourhood. The area of studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments available for sale ranges from 26 to 84 sq m. The price per square meter starts at RUB 58 000.
Nakhabino Yasnoye will be built using energy-efficient "seamless" facade technology which provides high insulation properties and comfort living environment.
The project is planned for completion in the end of 2016.
