He had worked as Head of the PR Department of IDGC of the North-West, JSC.

Mikhail Koshelev has been appointed Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of IDGC of the North-West (subsidiary company of Russian Grids, JSC) since August 2, 2013. An order to the effect was signed by Sergey Titov, General Director of the Company. Anatoly Kushnerov, having occupied this position since 2005, has ceased discharge of his duties in connection with the employment contract term expiry.

Mikhail Vasilyevich Koshelev was born on November 21, 1958.  He graduated from Leningrad Polytechnical Institute majoring in “Hydroeelectric Power Installations” and Saint Petersburg State University majoring in “International Banking Operations”. Previously he occupied the positions of Chief of Staff of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region, Deputy General Director for Corporate Issues of Lenoblgaz, JSC, Vice President – Director of the Department of Work with Members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Leningrad Region.  From November 2012 and to his new appointment, he had worked as Head of the PR Department of IDGC of the North-West, JSC.

He was awarded Medal of the Order for Merits to the Fatherland, 2nd Class (2003).
