The Plenipotentiary Representative noted the necessity to coordinate plans and actions of federal and regional authorities with big business investment programs.

The General Meeting of founders of Strategic Partnership for economic and social development of the Northwestern Federal District was arranged chaired by the Plenipotentiary Representative of President of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District Vladimir Bulavin. General Director of IDGC of the North-West Sergey Titov participated in the event.

The Plenipotentiary Representative noted the necessity to coordinate plans and actions of federal and regional authorities with big business investment programs.  The governors of the regions forming parts of the Northwestern Federal District spoke of largest regional investment projects inclusive of “Belkomur” project in the Arkhangelsk Region and the Komi Republic, construction of the Murmansk transportation hub power industry that specialists of IDGC of the North-West are engaged in.
