TGC-9

October 5, 2006

Power engineering specialists have promptly began the heating season, but there are careless consumers-debtors, some of which conduct negotiations with power engineering specialists about the restructuring of the debt, and others connected with the system

Before the beginning of the heating season several enterprises were not ready for accessing both financially and technically.

Now with the help of administration of Ekaterinburg they execute works on elimination of barriers for accessing. For example, some debtors sent letters of guarantee to Sverdlovteplosbit (branch of OJSC “TGC-9”). The decision of accessing was made concerning the management company “Oblzhilservis”, he debt of which was nearly 5 million RUR. The payment of this debt was guaranteed by the Ministry of public estate administration of Sverdlovsk region.

For today there are several enterprises that did not repay with powermen and connected to the heating system without permission. The breakers are discovered in Verkh-Isetsky district (DOC – 146), Kirovsky district (POD “Kedr”, IDOC – 105, DOC-204, PA ADOC “Kirovsky”, PA “DOC No. 215”), Leninsky district (SA POD “Optimum”, Production Building Society “R”), Oktyabrsky district (IDOC-17, DOC “Nadezhda”), Ordzhonikidzevsky district (DOC-208). All of tehm will be given acts of break and voluntary consumption will be included into the calculation.
