It was reported yesterday that OAO Mobile TeleSystems intends to float international bonds for $400M with a 5-year period of repayment. The investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston will organize the flotation. The flotation date will be determined after the meeting of MTS leadership with investors in the U.S. and Europe, which is planned next week.
