PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works ("MMK", or "the Group") (MOEX: MAGN) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) was held in absentia on 30 May 2024. The AGM approved the payment of dividends for 2023.
Based on the results of FY 2023, dividends will be paid in the amount of RUB 2.752 (incl. tax) per share.
The FY 2023 dividend record date was determined as 10 June 2024.

The shareholders also approved:    

• The Annual report and financial statements for 2023;

• AO “Business Solutions and Technologies” as MMK’s auditor;

• Remuneration and compensation paid to members of the Board of Directors during their performance of duties in 2024-2025.
