The All-Russian competition "Energy Leaders" was organized by ROSSETI PJSC and is being held for the first time. Its goal is to create a reserve of senior staff from the most professional and motivated industry specialists, put into practice the principles of the “social elevator”, as well as to ensure the readiness of the country's electric grid complex to carry out large-scale, infrastructure tasks.
The competition is attended by the heads of the technical unit - the chief engineers of production divisions and the heads of the power distribution zones (PDZ).
There are 26 specialists of Rosseti Volga (brand of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) among the participants in the practical phase . All of them remotely successfully passed assessment activities conducted in July by Rosseti. During the test, their professional activities (including accident rates on power grids) and knowledge of regulatory documentation were taken into account.
At the practical stage, the contestants formed commissions for conducting a technical audit in 38 PDZ of the Rosseti Ural Chelyabenergo branch (brand of IDGC of Urals, JSC). They will present the results as part of the final events of the competition. Also, during the final evaluation event, participants will undergo a comprehensive assessment of business and personal qualities, performing individual tasks and working in groups on cases directly related to the use of modern technologies and services in the electric power industry.
According to the results of the finals, the 100 best specialists who participated in the competition program will be determined, who will be included in the personnel reserve of the Rosseti Group and will be ready to fulfill the ambitious tasks of developing the country's electric grid complex.
