The conference is arranged by LBS International Conferences with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Relations. Its agenda lists business strategy, HR strategy and HR law, organization of HR management department, etc.

The conference is attended by HR professionals, senior and mid level managers, who will share experience and achievements, present innovations and take part in two round table discussions. Severstal will present the System of Managing Competencies at the round table discussion of the role of the HR department in achieving company's objectives.
