April 1 through 25, 2003, OJSC “Surgutneftegas” will be holding the 23rd Science and Technology Conference for young scientists and specialists. There will be sixteen workshops, run annually, each representing a particular area of the Company’s activity such as “Geology-Geophysics”, “Development and Oil Recovery”, “Oil, Gas Production and Treatment”, “Well Servicing”, “Oil, Gas Well Drilling”, “Ecology”, just to mention some of them. The workshop “Oil and Gas Processing” will be run at the production association “Kirishinefteorgsintez”, the city of Kirishi.
The most successful participants of the Conference will receive diplomas and cash bonuses, and those taking first places at the workshops will travel abroad for traineeship.
