The office is located at 22 Bolshaya Morskaya, close to the head office of the North-West Telecom. The office’s premises are outfitted to up-to-date business standards, and are designed to provide services to customers continuously from 9:00 till 20:00 (save weekends).

Data transmission services using the latest technology achievements are also offered. And finally, there is a segment where the Petersburg Telephone Network was a pioneer and remains as recognized leader, although other operators have been actively developing it in recent years. The phone number of the Optional Service Sales department, which is ‘000’, has been long known to PTN subscribers. Today, customers of the Petersburg Telephone Network may complete all required formalities at one place – spending minimum time and effort.
