Bashneft opens the largest full-service filling station in Russia

Today, Bashneft put Russia’s largest full-service filling station on the highway connecting Ufa and the Airport into operation after renovation and held an official ceremony to mark the occasion. The opening ceremony was attended by Bashneft’s President Alexander Korsik, the First Vice President for Refining and Commerce Maxim Andriasov, the Vice President for Regional Sales Dmitry Panyukov, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov, the Minister of Industry and Innovation Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan Alexey Karpukhin, the Head of the Administration of the Ufa Municipal District Irek Yalalov and the Head of the Administration of the Ufa District Mikhail Davydov.

Full-service filling station No. 104, whose exterior design meets a new corporate standard, occupies an area of 6,800 sq. m. The filling station is equipped with eight double-sided fuel dispensers with 64 nozzles, which makes it possible to fuel 16 vehicles simultaneously. The renovated full-service filling station comprises a shop selling related products and a fast food cafe.
Full-service filling station No. 104 has undergone complete renovation as part of a three-year programme aimed at rebranding Bashneft’s filling stations, which was launched in December 2012; the programme involves redesigning 177 filling stations in a new corporate style and completely renovating 69 of the Company’s filling stations in Bashkortostan, Udmurtia, the Sverdlovsk, Orenburg and Kurgan Regions. It is expected that by March 31, 2014, after the second stage of the programme is completed, 114 of Bashneft’s own filling stations will have been rebranded; 98 of them will be redesigned, and 16 stations will undergo complete renovation. By the beginning of April 2014, 50 rebranded filling stations and six completely renovated filling stations will be operated in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Each fuel dispenser at full-service filling station No. 104 dispenses four types of engine fuels meeting the Euro 5 standard in accordance with the Technical Regulations: diesel fuel, Regular 92 and Premium 95 gasoline, as well as ATUM-92 premium gasoline with improved performance, which Bashneft started selling at its filling stations in the Republic of Bashkortostan and Udmurtia in October 2013.
