Gazprom’s Board of Directors has elected the Company’s Legal Department Head Nikolai Dubik as Member of the Management Committee.

Konstantin Chuychenko, previously serving as Head of the Legal Department, has been withdrawn from the Company’s Management Committee.

Background

Nikolai Dubik was born in 1971 in the town of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Moscow Oblast. In 1993 he graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Law.

Over 1992 to 1997 N. Dubik worked for the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as assistant and adviser to a judge of the Constitutional Court.

Since 1997 N. Dubik has been with Gazprom. Between 2002 and 2003 he was Head of the Directorate of Legal Support for International Business, between 2003 and 2008 – Deputy Head of the Legal Department. In 2008 he was appointed as First Deputy Head and subsequently as Head of Gazprom’s Legal Department.
