Moscow, Russian Federation – Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (“MTS” – NYSE: MBT), the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS, announces the acquisition of Bastion LLC.
Bastion LLC is the sole owner of an office building located at ul. Vorontsovskaya 8, Moscow, Russian Federation. The purchase price is $13.16 million. The building will be used by MTS staff.
