Pursuant to RF Anti-Monopoly Ministry Resolution # 10/05-2 of June 21, 2002 and OJSC Altaitelecom Order # 237 of June 27, 2002 the following subscriber fees were fixed:

-         residential (including VAT and sales tax) in cities and towns  - Rub 94.50;

-         using party or parallel subscriber installation scheme - Rub 75.60;

-         villages - Rub 84;

-         using party or parallel subscriber installation scheme - Rub 67.20;

-         for organizations (not including VAT and sales tax) - Rub 110;

-         using party of parallel installation scheme - Rub 88. 

For residential subscribers on a per-minute billing basis (including VAT and sales tax) : 

-         cities and towns - Rub 56.70;

-         using party or parallel subscriber installation scheme - Rub 45.36;

-         villages - Rub 50.40;

-         for organizations (not including VAT and sales tax) - Rub 66;

-         using party or parallel subscriber installation scheme - Rub 52.80 

The last time a tariff revision was made was in January 2002: at that time the monthly residential telephone tariff for subscribers was Rub 84 for urban and town subscribers and Rub 73.50 for rural subscribers.
