The first deputy director general of JSC Rosseti on technical policy Roman Berdnikov held in Penza working meeting with heads of production offices concerning preparation for autumn winter period of 2014-2015. The Penza branch of JSC "IDGC of Volga" (enters into Rosseti group of companies). During meeting participants discussed the current situation in an electronetwork complex of the Penza region, a course of implementation of the program of preparation of the enterprise to a winter maximum of loadings, and also questions of technological accession of consumers, decrease in accident rate and traumatism on power facilities. The special attention at meeting was paid to implementation of the program for clearing and expansion of glades. Increase of reliability of power supply of consumers of the region as falling of trees on wires can cause technological violations in work of the electronetwork equipment directly depends on quality of its realization. It was noted that within the repair program of "Penzaenergo" by the present moment 236 hectares are cleared away and 209 hectares of glades in places of passing of the air-lines (AL) of an electricity transmission are expanded. As a whole, in a zone of responsibility of IDGC of Volga in 7 months of the current year clearing of 1 179 hectares and expansion of 1 715 hectares of glades of VL are executed. Roman Berdnikov noted positive dynamics of implementation of the plan of measures on preparation for OZP, supported the decision on aspiration to carry out the maximum amount of works own forces: "I consider that preparation for winter goes normally, and I welcome the decision on transition to an economic way of implementation of repair programs as it allows to optimize on the one hand expenses that is the extremely important in present economic conditions, and with another – to be sure absolutely of quality". Following the results of meeting Roman Berdnikov charged to "Penzaenergo" to work and submit offers on interaction with the territorial network organizations the part from which isn't ready to the close cooperation aimed at providing high-quality and reliable power supply of consumers, and also a personnel question regarding deduction in an energy drink of young specialists and to comprehensive programs of decrease in traumatism on power facilities and accident rate to minimum possible level which, according to the first deputy director general "Rossetya", it is possible to realize together with the region.
