In line with “The Program of Energy Consumption and Energy Saving within the period of 2000-2005”, the Company implemented more than 56 actions targeted at saving utilities and reducing consumption of electrical and heat energy at production facilities over nine current months.

As a result of those activities, the 9 months' saving amounts to 14.4 MM kWh of electrical power and 378 000 Gcal of heat energy, about 21 500 tons of reference fuel. The economic effect amounts to RUR 138 MM (including VAT).
