On 17 October 2003, CJSC "Registrator-Svyaz" completed a transaction of pooling Joint Stock "Central Telecommunications Company" securities issues, simultaneously canceling the state registration numbers of the securities issues that were consolidated. The transaction was warranted by the Notice of the Federal Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Russia No 03-DG-04/14682 of 9 October 2003.
