The Customer Service Center (CSC) of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), reported their performance results for the first half of the current year. During six months, the Center delivered its services to about 1,800 clients. Today, most of calls relate to technological connections to Chuvashenergo's power grids. During the first six months of 2017, the Center processed 1,257 requests of the above kind. During the reporting period, the branch signed 885 agreements for technological connection for a total maximum capacity of 23,7 MW. CSC's specialists explain how the technological connection is performed, answer different questions and help completing necessary documents. In addition, the customers need CSC's assistance in handling other issues of electrification of rural settlements, issuance and approval of documents. For example, 74 applications relating to power supplies to socially significant facilities have been submitted during the reporting period. Other category of customer calls is associated with electricity metering and accounting issues (maintenance, installation, replacement and sealing of electricity metering devices), service levels, etc. In addition to the Customer Service Center in Cheboksary located at: 4/4 ul.
