Customer service center of Mordovenergo summed up the results of activities implemented in the first half of 2014

CustomerService Centerof Mordovenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) summed up the results of activities implemented in the past 6 months. Over the reporting period, CSC registered 2025 calls, with 952 calls being requests for technological connection. Judging by the number of requests, the activity of individual consumers increased: they filed 731 requests during the first 6 months of 2014. In the first half of 2014, the company signed 710 agreements for technological connection (including requests submitted in 2013) for the total capacity of 18,769 MW.
In terms of customer contract demand, i.e. the amount of power which a customer agrees to pay to have available at all times, requests from consumers operating in the construction sector, agriculture wholesale and retail sales, take the biggest share. The number of actual connections reported for the first half of 2014 exceeds the figure reported for the first half of 2013, namely: 629 connections with the total power of 14,514 MW vs. 398 connections with the total power of 18,535 MW.
