Rosneft President and members of the Management Board have increased their interests in the Company’s charter capital as follows:

• Igor Sechin, President, Chairman of the Management Board of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0075%
• Larisa Kalanda, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased her holding from 0.0118% to 0.0168%
• Yuri Kalinin, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0001%
• Didier Casimiro, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0011%
• Peter Lazarev, member of the Management Board, Financial director of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0011% to 0.0027%
• Igor Pavlov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.000003% to 0.0010%
• Andrey Votinov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.00001%
