Repair campaign is underway in the Pravoberezhny Production Department of Saratov Distribution Grids (SDG), a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (subsidiary of Rosseti, JSC). In July, Saratov power sector professionals proceeded to overhaul of 110/35/10 kV Peschaniy Umet substation. At the present time, SDG have already completed the following works: a standard overhaul of ten 110 kV disconnecting switches, ten 35 kV disconnecting switches and five 10 kV switches; repair of two 16 MW power transformers; replacement of rubber seal and painting of transformers. Currently, SDG staff is involved in repair of the foundation and oil headers. The overhaul of the Peschaniy Umet substation will ensure smooth power supply to consumers and trouble-free operation during 2015-2016 autumn and winter season.
