IDGC North-West presented to the contest the first joint project of department of labor protection and PR-department "Increasing efficiency in the sphere of production control and safety in IDGC North-West by corporate PR-technologies"
The contest was held from February to June 2011. 23 energy companies representing the network infrastructure, generation and distribution took part in the event.
The main goal of the contest is identifying and disseminating best practices in social and labor relations, which allow energy companies to intensify activities in the field of social partnership, to build an effective relationship of employers and employees.
