The Gazprom Management Committee has approved the 2011–2015 Workover Program for Gazprom’s well stock.

The Company’s specialized subdivisions were tasked to ensure the Program execution and to annually monitor its progress.

Background:

The 2011–2015 Workover Program for Gazprom’s well stock was elaborated as an extension of the Gazprom Well Overhaul Programs implemented in 2001–2005 and 2006–2010.

The Program is targeted at keeping the planned levels of gas and liquid hydrocarbons production, as well as securing sustainable gas supplies.

The Program objectives are as follows:

- assuring safe operation of well stock at Gazprom’s fields and underground gas storage (UGS) facilities;

- reducing the number of inoperative wells;

- meeting the license commitments on maintaining the producing wells;

- maintaining the daily performance of wells at the planned level.
