Purchase Efficiency Assurance Council of IDGC of Volga, PJSC carried out extended meeting on issues of efficiency of the Company's purchases, including purchases from small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The meeting was attended by representatives of the Russian Public Organization of SMEs OPORA RUSSIA, All-Russian Public Organization Business Russia, the Chamber of Commerce of Saratov region, the regional government and the Rossetti PJSC. The agenda comprised issue on implementation of the Partnership Program by and between the power grid company and the SMEs.

In 2015, IDGC of Volga, PJSC performed 1,513 purchases from SMEs, accounting for 87.5% of total purchases. In H1 of 2016, the 808 purchases were performed (92%).

For the purposes of the procurement procedures arrangement the Company uses the electronic trading platform www.b2b-mrsk.ru. In 2015, the e-commerce purchases accounted to 98% of the total contracted procurement procedures. In accordance with the Resolution by the Board of Rossetti PJSC, to improve the procurement operations transparency and expand the competitive environment, since March 2015 the additional e-commerce platform www.etp.rosseti.ru by Rosseti PJSC is used. Dmitry Zaretsky, the Deputy Director General for investment activity of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, President of the Advisory Body described the situation to the audience.

The participants were got acquainted with implementation by IDGC of Volga, PJSC of the events plan "Ensuring Greater Access for SMEs to Purchases from the Infrastructure Monopolies and Companies with State Participation" according to Order No. 867-ðof the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 29, 2013 (Road Map Program). In-line with the Road Map the Company has approved and implements SMEs partnership program, has established the Advisory Body, has approved the list of procurements provided by SMEs only.

IDGC of Volga, PJSC will continue undertakings to ensure the efficiency of procurement procedures, including contracts made with SMEs in collaboration with the business community and civil society organizations.
