Rosneft top managers increased their interests in the Company’s charter capital.
Considerable shareholdings in the Company’s charter capital were acquired by Rosneft Vice Presidents Eric Maurice Liron, Zeljko Runje and Igor Maydannik:
- Eric Maurice Liron, First Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding to 0.0035%
- Zeljko Runje, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0023%
- Igor Maydannik, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0% to 0.0035%
Members of the Management Board also increased their interests in the Company’s charter capital as follows:
- Igor Pavlov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0010% to 0.0025%
- Didier Casimiro, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0011% to 0.0031%
- Yuri Kalinin, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0001% to 0.0015%
- Andrey Votinov, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.00001% to 0.0019%
- Larisa Kalanda, member of the Management Board, Vice President of Rosneft, increased her holding from 0.0168% to 0.0194%
- Peter Lazarev, member of the Management Board, Financial director of Rosneft, increased his holding from 0.0027% to 0.0038%
A number of Rosneft top managers also acquired interests in the Company’s charter capital:
- Svyatoslav Slavinskiy, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding to 0.0031%
- Andrey Shishkin, Vice President of Rosneft, increased his holding to 0.0023%
- Thomas Hendel, Chief of Administration in the rank of Vice President, increased his holding to 0.0035%
- Artem Prigoda, Adviser to the President, increased his holding to 0.0004%
- Alexander Krastilevskiy, Adviser to the President, increased his holding to 0.0001%
- Sergey Mikhailov, Chairman of the Central Tender Committee of Rosneft, increased his holding to 0.0013%
As a result of the management remuneration program which was completed on August 30, 2013 a considerable amount of Rosneft top managers acquired interests in the Company using their own funds as well as borrowings.
Rosneft’s management participation in the charter capital is in line with best international practices and is also an integral part of Rosneft corporate culture. Executives are incentivized to improve the Company’s performance, as well as its operating and financial results. The increase in the charter capital of Rosneft’s top managers exemplifies the confidence in the Company’s further progress and the growth of its shareholder value.
