On July 22, 2002, bills of previous emissions for the amount of 265 million Roubles were retired. Beginning April, 2001, the JSC "IAIA" retired bills for the total amount of 2 billion Roubles, which makes up an average of 140 million Roubles per month.

Currently, there are bills for the amount of 740 million Roubles in circulation.
