According to the results of the All-Russian Contest "Leaders of power industry", organized by Rosseti PJSC, 7 representatives of Rosseti Volga were among the best specialists of the country. The contests was held in several stages. After passing the qualifying round, more than 1,800 heads of the areas of power grids (RES) and similar units from all over Russia solved practical problems, conducting remote evaluation activities and technical audit of 38 areas of power grids of Chelyabinsk region.
During the practical stage, the knowledge and professional skills of power engineers, the ability to choose the best ways to solve problems and work in a team were evaluated. The final of the contest "Leaders of power industry" was held in Chelyabinsk in the framework of the First All-Russian Congress of Power Engineers.
The finalists presented the results of their work on technical audit, and then solved the problems of profile cases on topical issues of functioning of the power grid complex. In light of this, 102 specialists were recognized as "leaders of power industry", among them – Alexey Sychev (Head of Marksovsky RES of the Saratov Distribution Grids branch), Victor Vyachin (Head of Volzhsky RES of the Samara Distribution Grids branch), Alexander Ivanov (Head of Central RES of the Orenburgenergo branch), Petr Kichev (Head of Atyashevsky RES of the Mordovenergo branch), Sergey Kochnev (Head of Kameshkirsky RES of the Penzaenergo branch), Alexander Osipov (Head of Bekovsky RES of the Penzaenergo branch), Sergey Polenkov (Chief Engineer of Kovylkinsky PD of the Mordovenergo branch).
