The LUKOIL Press Service reports that Sergey Nikiforov has been appointed as Vice President for Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Nikiforov previously held the position of LUKOIL Vice President for Joint Projects.
Ivan Romanovsky, formerly First Deputy Chief of Staff, will continue as Vice President for the Americas, West Africa and Europe.
