OAO Lensvyaz’s 9m revenues from sales of goods (work and services) stood at Rub 980.9 mln (+30.1% year-on-year). Costs stood at Rub 777.3 mln (+24.4%), while sales revenue was Rub 203.6 mln (+57.6%), and pre-tax profit – Rub 144.0 mln.

During 3Q 2003, automatic telephone exchanges have been commissioned in the town of Gatchina(2,928) and the townshipof Vyritsa(1,700). Existing ATEs were expanded in the townshipof Taitsy(200), towns Volkhov (200) and Vsevolozhsk (DECT 300),

- town of Vyborg(DECT 300), townships Mgah (100) and Nevskaya Dubrovka (100),

- town of Kingisepp (496), townships Elizavetino (100??) and Rozhdestveno (100),

- townships of Novy Svet (300) and Glazhevo (200).
