June 25, 2020 - The shareholders of PJSC ALROSA at the annual general
meeting decided to pay RUB 2.63 per share as final dividends for
2019.
Dividends for the second half of 2019 will amount
to RUB 19.37 bln, corresponding to 100% of the company's free cash
flow for the period.
Given the dividends already paid for the first
half of 2019, RUB 28.28 bln or RUB 3.84 per share, dividends for the
full year 2019 will amount to RUB 47.65 bln, or RUB 6.47 per share.
The record date is July 13, 2020.
ALROSA's annual general meeting of shareholders
was held on June 24, 2020 in absentia.
