During eight months of 2016, Penzaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), performed 1,591 technological connections to electric networks for the total capacity of 59.5 MW to supply electric power to 286 legal entities and 1,305 individuals. To implement the above project, Penzaenergo built 46.218 km of 6–10/0.4 kV distribution networks (DN), reconstructed 1.451 km of 6–10/0.4 kV DN, installed 6–10/0.4 kV transformer substations with the aggregate capacity of 0.775 MVA, and commissioned 0.775 MVA transformer capacity.
Major consumers connected to Penzaenergo's networks during eight months of 2016 include: Kamenka drying department (2 MW), N.-Lomov animal feed mill with the output of 30 t/hour (1.6 MW), 110/10 kV substation in the Sazanie settlement in the Serdobsky district (21.25 MW), TP-240 transformer substation of industrial non-residential building in Penza (1.1 MW), stock of food and nonfood goods in the Salovka settlement in the Penza district (2.9 MW), agricultural complexes in the Ust-Karemsha and Pryanzerki settlements in the Nizhnelomovsky district (2.84 MW), pig breeding complex in the Lunacharskoye settlement of the Lopatinsky district (1 MW), N-Lomov asphalt plant (1 MW), etc.
Just in eight months of 2016, Penzaenergo received 1,648 requests for technological connection to the electric networks. The declared capacity was 60.19 MW. During the above period, Penzaenergo signed 1,459 technological connection agreements for the total capacity of 34.57 MW.
By the end of 2016, Penzaenergo will expectedly connect 12 mW to its networks. Major facilities to be connected will include N-Lomov sport and fitness complex with an ice arena (0.5 MW), production site of OAO Vasilievskaya Poultry Farm in the Ermolovka settlement of the Penza district (0.2 MW), production premises of OOO NPP AVIAMETIZ (0.5 MW), agricultural production facilities in the Penza district (0.6 MW), etc.
