The new 110/10 kV substation is intended for power supply to “Moglino” special economic zone of industrial production type in the Pskov District, Pskov Region. Currently, work on the project is coming to an end. Construction of the substation for “Moglino” special economic zone has become the most large-scale facility included in Pskovenergo investment program for the period of 2012–2016.
