SISTEMA JSFC completed the planned reorganization aimed at putting the company’ organizational structure in order. From the legal point of view the reorganization took the form of incorporating MKNT and Co. and SISTEMA-Invest. All rights and obligations of both companies, which ceased to exist, were transferred to SISTEMA JSFC. Their shareholders became the ones of SISTEMA JSFC.

Gradual structural transformations within the policy of general business optimization are part of preparations for the corporation’s entry to the world stock market. The next stage of structural transformations will include forming a vertical transparent composition of property in every business direction.
