Vladimir Evtushenkov, the chairman of SISTEMA’ s board of directors, has been elected to the Presidium of the board of Russia’s Chamber of commerce and industry at its convention in Moscow on July 19.

Addressing the convention of this largest association of Russian businessmen president Vladimir Putin stressed the unique experience of the organization and its role in solving the country’s economic problems. Diversification of big business’ investments in production is one of the Chamber’s major tasks proclaimed in the report of its president Yevgeny Primakov and in the program of activity in the coming years.
