Vladimir Evtushenkov, the chairman of the board of directors of SISTEMA JSFC, has become a member of the commission on corporate ethics formed by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE). The RUIE commission on corporate ethics has been set up to look for out-of-court settlements of business disputes. The commission consists of 43 arbiters, including the chairman of the board of directors of SISTEMA JSFC Vladimir Evtushenkov, the chairman of the management board of RAO UES Anatoly Chubais, the chairman of the management board of YUKOS Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the president of INTERROS Vladimir Potanin.
