On December 4 the Moscow Stock Exchange issued a resolution to list the shares of Uralsvyazinform pursuant to a request by the Company.  According to a report by the president of the Moscow Stock Exchange, M.N. Karpenko, the Exchange the listing for ordinary shares of PAP Rralsvyazinvest (reg. # 1-07-00175A) is effective as of December 5, 2001.
