MOSCOW, Russian Federation — MTS (NYSE: MBT; MOEX: MTSS), Russia’s leading telecommunications operator and digital services provider, announces the completion of its dividend payments based on the half-year 2019 financial results.

The final dividend for H1 2019 amounted to RUB 8.68 per ordinary MTS share (RUB 17.36 per ADR), or a total of RUB 17.3 billion (RUB 17,345,798,747.48).
