Severstal took first place in the nomination 'For Continuously High Results'. Anatoly Kruchinin, general director, and Georgy Shevtsov, social affairs director, participated in the awards ceremony, which took place at the President-Hotel.

The business meeting was continued in the Heraldic Hall of the State Duma. Gennady Seleznev, the Chairman of the Russian Parliament, met with the winners and runner-ups of the competition. Today they are meeting with Sergey Mironov, the Chairman of Federation Council.

The competition was established by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Russian Trade and Industry Chamber and the Expert Institute. Severstal has been taking top awards among national producers for six year since its foundation.
