On May 18, 2001, AO MOSENERGO held the annual shareholders meeting.
At the meeting, participants voted on all agenda issues.
There were no surprises at the rather predictable meeting. According to the results of the cumulative voting, the following people have been elected to the new board of directors:
Anatoly Antonovich Chaback, head of the department for asset management, Investment and Banking Group "NIKoil" (8.7% of total votes); Petr Anatolyevich Efanov, minister for property relations, Moscow Region Government (6.5%); Igor Timofeevich Goryunov, first deputy general director, chief engineer of AO MOSENERGO (6.8%); Aleksei Nikolaevich Karev, director of TsRMZ, MOSENERGO (6.5%); Anatoly Yakovlevich Kopsov, deputy chairman of the board, RAO UES (6.8%); Igor Nikolaevich Muraviev, head of the human resources directorate, RAO UES (6.6%); Boris Vasilievich Nikolskii, first vice-premier, Moscow Government (10.7%); Aleksandr Nikolaevich Remezov, general director, AO MOSENERGO (8.2%); Viktor Ivanovich Reshetov, member of the board, RAO UES, general director of OAO "TSDU UES Rossii"(6.6%); Nestor Ivanovich Serebryannikov, counselor to the general director, AO MOSENERGO (6.5%); Pavel Stepanovich Smirnov, member of the board, RAO UES (6.6%); Andrei Aleksandrovich Vagner, head of the department for electric grids, RAO UES (6.6%); Valentin Georgievich Zavadnikov, deputy chairman of the board, RAO UES (6.6%); Vitaly Vasilievich Kuzmin, deputy general director of AO MOSENERGO for sales and consumer relations, won 6.4 percent of votes and was not elected to the board of directors.
Thus, the new board of directors consists of 6 representatives of RAO UES, the main shareholder, 4 representatives of AO MOSENERGO, one representative each from the Moscow Government and the Moscow Regional Government and one representative of minority shareholders from the Association for Protection of Investor Rights.
Anatoly Yakovlevich Kopsov, deputy chairman of the board of RAO UES, was re-elected chairman of the board of directors of AO MOSENERGO.
