In Moscow held a joint industrial meeting of heads of PJSC "IDGC of Centre" and JSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region". The meeting was summed up in 2016 and set the priorities for 2017. The meeting was chaired by Oleg Isaev, who heads both the electric grid distribution company. The meeting participants were heads of major functional areas and Directors of 20 regional branches.

The main focus of the meeting was to discuss the necessity of formation of the production program, including many of the traditional repairs, and various targeted programs (clearance of overhead lines, the extension of glades, automation and remote control, the formation of accounting systems). The purpose of the production program is primarily preparation of the grid complex for the autumn-winter peak loads 2017-2018, the reduction of accidents in electricity, and improved transport of electrical energy by reducing its losses in this case. During the discussion it was noted that in recent years we have achieved significant improvement in the quality of electricity supply, significantly reduced the number of interruptions in power supply to consumers. But the priority of targets for reducing recovery time of power supply to consumers is maintained. It must be solved despite the lack of tariff sources of funding and not reduced until the financial burden in the form of preferential execution of contracts for technological connection. For the implementation of this task will be developed the program of complex automation of distribution networks of 6-10 kV, which will permit to increase the observability and controllability of the network. The program will be implemented in all twenty branches of the two companies.

The meeting had considered proposals for the improvement of work in an economic way, including extra work and services, additional services are affiliates of each other, not just emergency reconstruction work but also in industrial programs. This includes the shop repair of transformers, calibration of measuring instruments, diagnosis equipment, manufacture of Travers, on the job training. These proposals are aimed at improving the efficiency of current operations and implementation of investment programs in branch offices with limited funding.

Special attention was paid to the issues of reducing the level of industrial traumatism of the personnel. Oleg Isaev has reminded that the safety, preserve the health and safety of personnel are the priorities for PJSC "IDGC of Centre" and JSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region". The main efforts in this area should be aimed at the prevention of injuries of own personnel. Oleg Isaev pointed out the necessity of tightening the personal responsibility of heads of branches in case of unsatisfactory performance with regard to production safety, production control and labor protection.

The meeting also discussed the question of increase of efficiency of realization of measures aimed at reducing electricity losses. Oleg Isaev reminded the meeting that the 2017 announced by JSC "Russian grids" year of combat losses, and demanded the heads of branches to make every effort to reduce commercial and technical losses of electricity. Key measures to reduce losses will be allocated to identify cases of theft of electric energy. The companies in the future will continue to seek redress thieves of electricity. All documents and materials on the facts of unauthorized consumption of electricity will immediately be sent to law enforcement agencies. In addition, the meeting participants unanimously decided to toughen the penalties for improper performance of his official duties by employees of RES, the responsibility of which includes the implementation of measures to reduce losses in their regions.

In the final part of the meeting was marked by positive dynamics of key financial and economic indicators of PJSC "IDGC of Centre" and JSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" on the results of operations for the year 2016. As well as clear and coordinated work of all divisions and their branches aimed at enforcing the obligations of companies for grid connection and implement plans for the development of the electric grid complex of the Russian Federation subjects.
