The process of technological equipment of control office of the Operative and Situational Center (OSC) of the company came to the end in IDGC of Volga (enters into JSC Rosseti group of companies), JSC. Among the main functions carried out by OSC , are: presentation of operative information about technological violations which happened on objects of the branches of "IDGC of Volga" JSC, in electric power installations of subjects of power industry and consumers of electric energy to the management of IDGC of Volga, JSC and SAC of Rosseti, JSC; monitoring of a state, the operative analysis and forecasting of development of operative situation in branches of "IDGC of Volga", JSC on the basis of information arriving in normal operating conditions of an electronetwork complex and at emergence of emergency situations, technological violations, influences of the adverse weather, spontaneous phenomena and also during the special periods of functioning of electric networks (the storm period, a flood, extreme and low temperatures, etc.) . Also OSC carries out informing operation personnel of the company on the changes of the working conditions caused by extreme weather conditions assumed soon. After completion of works in OSC there is a separate control office that completely conforms to requirements of the regulating documents. For display of information the system of collective video display on the basis of 8 liquid crystal Barco NSL-5521 panels is used. Continuous functioning of the center is ensured by the system of guarantee power supply consisting of diesel-generator installation and uninterruptible power supplies. For functioning of telecommunication digital and analog systems, cellular devices are used. Technological equipment of dispatcher office of the Operative and situational center will allow to reduce time of reaction to non-staff situations, to increase quality of planning of emergency recovery operations and carrying out antiemergency trainings.
