The quantitative and personal composition of five committees under the Board of Directors of the Company has been determined

Andrey Murov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and member of the Management Board of FGC UES, JSC has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC (subsidiary company of Russian Grids, JSC). Dmitry Chevkin, Director of the Department for HR Policy and Organizational Development of Russian Grids, JSC, has been elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. The quantitative and personal composition of five committees under the Board of Directors of the Company has been determined.

A decision to the effect was taken following the outcome of the absentee session of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West on July 22 of the current year.  The newly composed Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC was elected following the results of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2013.
