Moscow, 29 December 2003. The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled that the statements by the State Duma Deputy I.D. Grachev published in the Ekonomicheskaya Gazeta newspaper (Issue No. 41 (469) of October 2003, Article "42-15=46") are contrary to fact and prejudice the reputation of RAO "UES of Russia".

Among other things, the article says that "the country does not get any dividends at all from RAO "UES of Russia", despite the fact that the State owns 51% stake in the company."

The Court bound the Ekonomicheskaya Gazeta to publish in the next issue in the same part of the page.
