Joint Stock Company “Open Investments” (JSC “OPIN” or the “Company”), the Moscow-based real estate development and investment company, signed a lease agreement with JSC “Alfa-Bank” for approximately 22 000 sqm in the Domnikov Business Center currently under construction (JSC “OPIN” acts as a developer of the project). Jones Lang LaSalle is an exclusive marketing and leasing agent of the office center. Alfa Bank was represented by Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko.
The Multifunctional office complex Domnikov, located at Prospect Akademika Sakharova, 30, is named after the Russian merchant Domnikov, who developed the first commercial building in the Russian history in the XVIII century on the street. The business center consists of three buildings on the common stylobate platform with a total space of 132,000 sq m and has underground parking for 1,090 vehicles.
According to the agreement, JSC “Alfa-Bank” will occupy approximately 22,000 sq m of rentable area in Block 3 of the business center, and will become its important tenant.
Domnikov meets all the investment grade class A office requirements. The architectural consultant is MMA + Fitzroy Robinson (UK); construction works consultant is Savant International (UK); structural engineering is done by Waterman International (UK), Centroproject and Jedinstvo (Serbia); the general contractor is Southbrook (UK), and sub-contractor for construction of the underground part is Soletcnche Bachy (France). Vorontsov Architectural Bureau (Bureau AB) acts as chief architect of the project.
JSC “OPIN” General Director Sergey Bachin said he was satisfied with the results of the deal. “We are pleased with the fact that such a well-known company as Alfa-Bank will be our tenant, and we look forward to a mutually beneficial cooperation”.
