On 29 April 2008 Joint Stock Company “Open Investments” (“JSC OPIN” or the “Company”) successfully placed Credit Linked Notes (CLN) for an amount of US$ 50 million on the unsecured basis at the rate of interest 10.45% per annum for the term of 2 years under the ING Bank N.V. London Global Issuance Program.
